About the Bake Sale

Austin Bakes is a group of bloggers, foodies, and local businesses based in Austin, Texas, who are raising money for relief efforts and humanitarian aid following disasters both local and worldwide.

Since our first sale in 2011, Austin Bakes has raised over $50,000 for humanitarian aid. Read more about our past sales here.

Our next city-wide bake sale will occur on Saturday, Nov 14, from 11am to 3pm. Volunteer and baker sign-ups and sale locations will be announced shortly.

  2. We(two Austin mamas) did a bake sale in our neighborhood for Japan last Friday. I made a little video of our four year olds and their take on helping Japan…its just 2 minutes long, very sweet and actually quite poignant. Please let me know if you’d like to see it…we would love to help in anyway to raise awareness.
